Cancellation policy

Subscription payments renew at the frequency shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals through your Shopify customer account or by emailing admin@dust2cleanservices.com.au. There is no cancellation fee or minimum term. Please cancel before your next renewal if you do not want another charge. Cancellation stops future charges; access and benefits for a period already paid for continue until that period ends.

For the Dust 2 Clean Cleaning Partner Membership, cancellation does not remove a 2 L refill already earned through approval of the complete content set for the paid period. No refill or promotion is earned for later unpaid periods.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a charge was made in error or a service was not provided, contact admin@dust2cleanservices.com.au.
